Each order placed in the shop and accepted by Mure is a separate contract between Mure and the customer.
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the contractual purchase-sale relationship between Mure and the user, which begins at the moment the user places an order and Mure accepts it. During the checkout process the user will be asked to read and accept these Terms, which will apply from the day the order is placed.
To be able to place an order, you must be of legal age and have the required legal capacity to contract the services outlined in the site.
Our shop is by default set up for purchasing as a guest. You will only be asked for the essential information to process your order.
After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. That communication acts as confirmation of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
—one or more products are not available
—there is an error in the shop
In case of rejection or cancellation of an order, we will refund the amount paid for the rejected or canceled order. All goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Our prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT when applicable.
Prices do not include shipping costs or customs fees. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are informed before the order confirmation. Custom fees are at the users’ expense and are not calculated during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
You may purchase items on the shop choosing between the following payment methods:
Once the purchase is completed, if you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the official PayPal website where you can make the payment. Once the payment is made correctly, your order will be formally completed and an email with the summary of your purchase will be sent to you. PayPal has its own privacy policies and we do not assume any responsibility for them.
—Credit Card (via Stripe)
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which offers a secure environment payment system since it allows the encryption of the information transmitted during the transaction, ensuring its confidentiality.
Once your payment is confirmed and the transaction is successful, the system will send an email confirming the order. Orders are processed within the next working day from full payment receipt.
The delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated in the checkout process. Shipping costs are expressly displayed at the time of making the order and are calculated on the basis of the destination and total weight of the package.
— Deliveries to Spain are made by Correos Express.
— International deliveries are made by FedEx.
Orders ship normally on the next working day. This term is understood as long as the availability of the products has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.
The user is responsible of verifying the product(s) upon receipt and manifesting all the reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt.
If a proof of delivery does not have any damage report, we understand that the product has its packaging in perfect condition. Likewise, if a damage is detected in the product once the package is opened, and the packaging is in perfect condition, you can contact us calling +34 696490155 or writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 24 hours of delivery, we can not accept claims for damages to the product.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods, without the need to indicate the reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must send an email to email@example.com indicating that you want to return your order and indicating your name, your address, the order number and the date of receipt of the products.
The returned goods must be received within 10 working days from the authorisation of your withdrawal at Mure, at c/ Sant Ignasi 53-55 3-8, 08700 Igualada, Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs, including custom fees, for the return will be on your expense, except in case of a defective or damaged good.
We will refund the amount paid for the products received in return conditions within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
—the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; no withdrawal will be accepted for only part of the purchased product.
—the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging (including packaging and any documentation, instructions and accessories); stickers, sticky tape or writing should not be affixed directly onto the original product packaging.
